📜 Project Scope

• Development is limited to the scope agreed upon before work begins.
• Additional features after development starts may incur extra charges.

💳 Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront before any development begins.
• Refunds (full/partial) may be offered if I cannot complete the project due to my fault.

⏰ Delivery Timeline

• Standard: 2 to 14 days depending on complexity.
• Rush (2–7 days): available for an additional $10 fee.

🔧 Support & Revisions

• 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions/support may require a fee.

🔖 Code Ownership & Licensing

• Code remains my property unless ownership is agreed on before development.
• You are licensed to use the bot as intended.
• Source code access is optional and may cost extra.

❌ Prohibited Uses

No use for spam, harassment, scraping, or TOS-violating activity. Requests violating these are rejected.

📅 Hosting Policy ($12/month)

• 24/7 uptime, monitoring, quick restarts, and basic maintenance included.
• You may self-host instead (see disclaimer).

⚠️ Non-Payment Policy

• 15% late fee if hosting not paid on time.
• Bot offline after 48 hours of missed payment.
• Files deleted permanently after 7 days of non-payment.

🛠️ Self-Hosting Disclaimer

• No support provided for installation, setup, or errors from self-hosting.
• You are responsible for your environment and setup.
• Source code is provided only for running the bot, not redistribution.

🚫 Code Misuse

• No cloning, selling, sharing, or claiming of the bot code.
• Violations may result in service termination and legal action.

💼 Refund Policy

• Full refunds available before development starts.
• No refunds after delivery or mid-cycle for hosting.

📈 Updates & Maintenance

• Post-delivery updates are paid separately unless maintenance is agreed upon.
